Hi,
For Teen Tech Week I am implementing a Make a Meme contest. This is for teens only and the teen that submits the funniest or most creative entry will win a gift card. Has anyone ever run a contest like this before? I am going to work up some guidelines and restrictions (i.e. no innapropriate language or images) and also have the meme and phrase focus on something related to reading or libraries. It would be great to get some insight from others who have experience with this and are able to give me suggestions on guidelines, choosing the winning entry, and advertising.
Thanks!

Hi Everyone!
I am having trouble downloading & saving the publicity toolkit. Has anyone else had this issue?
Thanks,
